Ship your samples

Securely package and label your vials following the shipping guidelines, then send them to our lab. COAs are delivered by email.

Shipping Instructions

Important: The Company / Organization name listed on your intake form will be the only name displayed on the Certificate of Analysis (COA). Please enter it exactly as you want it to appear.

Prepare your shipment

Ensure vials are securely sealed and protected during transit.
Clearly label each vial so it can be matched to your intake form.
Confirm lot numbers match the intake form exactly.
For batch conformity testing, ensure all vials are from the same lot.
